A healthier brain

I have for you five recommendations you can do.

That if you do them they will stimulate your brain. But if you don't they will actually lower that neurogenesis. And I've brought them down, for you to easily remember, into five letters, LMNOP. If you remember that you know the keys to a higher neurogenesis.

L. Love, social connections with people we trust, people we care, people we wanna be with. M. Movement, half an hour real walking a day is already helpful. N. Novelty, the brain awakens in the new. O. Omega 3, the highest quality fat, we need to get it out of our food, like: fatty fish, nuts, seeds. And P. Pauses, regularly breaks are vital, during the day, at the evening, the weekends, the holidays. The most important break of all is the daily one, it's our sleep. Take care of your brain and it will take care of you.
