There is something around fun and happiness which is great, but I don't necessarily feel comfortable with that as a value.
Because in someway I might just be trading, sort of one mask, the mask of business and perfection that we have in traditional organization, with another mask, which is the mask of fun and happiness. And I wanna embrace something deeper. I want us to embrace all of who we are.
